Description: A Request for Quote will be issued for a Purchase Order for Foam Spacers; 5 inches in diameter X 3/4 inches in thickness, Polyethylene Material, Class 4, Grade B, Type I of Specification A-A-59136. Ethafoam220 //Johnson Plastics Part #CRANE0045 or equal; Must meet all requirements of Spec A-A-59136 ( 28 OCT 97) for class, grade and type. Certificate of Conformance will be required. Class, grade and type will be noted in document to be posted on or about 2 Feb 2012. Contractors submitting quotes as equals must provide product specifications with offers. Failure to furnish this information may result in offer being considered non-responsive. The solicitation shall be issued via the internet at http://www.fbo.gov. Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check daily at this site for any amendments.
