- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLC-SD) Code 230 is seeking qualified Small Business sources that have capability to provide mortuary services and supplies for the Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton (NHCP) in San Diego, CA. This procurement is anticipated to be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract with one base year plus two option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812210, Small business Size Standard $7.0million. The œDraft œPerformance Work Statement (PWS) is attached and please note as stated in the PWS respondents have to be within a 50 mile radius of NHCP. Interested firms have to demonstrate capability (not to exceed five (5) pages not inclusive of the cover page) that summarizes relevant experience, knowledge, and qualifications as specified in the PWS. This may include references where the respondent was directly involved at a comparable level of effort. Interested small business should provide: (1) name and address of applicant (corporate/principle office); name, phone and email address of point of contact; (3) type of business; and (4) contractor ™s capabilities statement. A determination as to whether this acquisition will be a set-aside for Small Businesses will be based upon responses to this notice. All documentation should be submitted electronically by 2:30pm PST on 20 January 2012 to the POC e-mail address listed. This is NOT a request for proposal (RFP), invitation for bid (IFB), or an announcement of a solicitation as no solicitation package exists at this time. No cost data should be submitted. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests and will not return submittals. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. FLC-SD will use the information submitted for technical and acquisition planning.
