- This is a Sources Sought announcement, a market survey for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. All information marked as proprietary information will be safeguarded to prevent disclosures to non-government personnel and entities. The Marine Corps Logistics Command “ Albany, GA is seeking sources of supply for Ardrox 2000 RNS Steam Cleaning Liquid or an equivilant product. The required soap is currently manufactured by Chemetall Oakite Company and meets strict environmental guidelines established by Marine Corps Logistics Base “ Barstow, CA. As a result, responses to this announcement should include an applicable MSDS, mix ratio per one gallon of water, technical description and chemical ingredients breakdown to allow a complete review of the product for technical compliance. Additionally, provide a timeline estimate from contract award to delivery and production capabilities. The amount required will be 4,000 gallons per delivery with an estimated range of 16,000 gallons to 24,000 gallons per year. All interested sources are encouraged to respond by providing the aforementioned requested information and the following: technical/contractual points of contact, address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, duns number, cage code and or tax ID number, as well as size category (large, small, small disadvantaged, etc.) Technical questions should be directed to Daniel Brooker (229) 639-8183.
