SBAHQ-12-R-0005 - SF1449, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation TITLE: State Trade and Export Promotion Program Best Practice Conference - Office of International Trade, Washington, DC LOCATION: Arlington or Fairfax County, or Alexandria City, Virginia - Within a 20 mile radius from Washington Reagan National Airport. PROPOSED CONFERENCE DATES: February 27, 28 & 29, 2012 Alternate Dates: March 5, 6, & 7, 2012 Vendors are encouraged to propose on the alternate dates should the February dates be unavailable. ATTENDEES: 184 BASIC ACCOMODATION REQUIRMENTS: Guest Rooms: 164 Conference space: General session meeting room - 184 people Breakout room - 100 people SBA Staff Office: 15 people Registration area Business Center NOTE: Conference space shall be priced. Proposals providing for pricing of food and beverage with conference space included will not be accepted.
