Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 1 Contracting, Togus VA Medical Center, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements with American Medical Depot for Neptune 2 Rover Ultra Waste Management System. This requirement will include the following characteristics: Product Description Neptune 2 Ultra Rover Series Manufactured by Stryker - consists of a Rover and Docking Station and includes warranties Salient Characteristics The Neptune Waste Management System consists of a Rover and Docking Station. Model: 0702-001-000 Neptune Rover Ultra: Height 70 inches Depth 23 inches Width 19 inches Model: 0702-014-000 Docking Station: Height 16 inches Depth 23 inches Width 23 inches Installation Guidelines Plumbing Requirements: Docking Station should be plumbed to a water connection with a range of 50 to 120 PSI. Docking Station can be connected to either a wall or floor drain. Electrical Requirements: Rover: 120V-, 60 Hz, 12.0A, single pha This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than January 23, 2012, COB. Responses should be sent to teresa.cutty@va.gov. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
