- Quote form SOW RFQ Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for deaf interpreter services San Francisco, CA. Please see attached Statement of Work for details of requirement. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-priced and technically acceptable. Awardee MUST register in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) and receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a condition of the contract. Registration in CCR requires a valid Dun & Bradstreet number. Please complete and SIGN the price quote form attached, and return with this form. YOU MUST ALSO COMPLETE AND SIGN Blocks 12, 13 and 14 on page one of the SF 18 form. Quotes that are incomplete, unsigned, or late will not be considered. All quotes must be RECEIVED by the Contract Specialist no later than February 01, 2012, at 12:00 P.M. NOON Eastern Standard Time (Indianapolis).
