- Calibrate and Repair Oil Content Meters for the Oily Water Separator System The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center Medium Endurance Cutter product line has a requirement to calibrate and repair Shimadzu 321-30670-02 Oil Content Meters for the Oily Water Separator system used on 210’ cutters. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 and the small business size standard is 19.0 MM. The requirements for these services will be fulfilled using a total small business set-aside. Solicitation Number HSCG40-12-R-45949 and all related documents are anticipated to be released on or about 02/24/2012. Solicitation documents will only be made available on www.fbo.gov; no paper solicitation packages will be made available. The Government anticipates awarding a requirements-type contract for one base year and four (4) one (1) year options. The work shall be performed in accordance with the Coast Guard specification which will be included in the formal solicitation package. Delivery will be FOB Origin, Contractor’s Facility. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received and in accordance with the solicitation, shall be considered by this agency. Responses shall be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. In order to be eligible for award, all responsible sources must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). Contractors may register online at the web site, www.ccr.gov. It is the offerors’ responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments to this notice.
