- The U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Job Corps is searching for a qualified contractor who has the qualifications and experience to fulfill the primary objective of the Job Corps Data Integrity, Program Evaluation and Statistical Support project, with the capacity to successfully perform the following tasks: (1) Perform data integrity audit functions and provide technical assistance support to assure Job Corps program requirements and data are valid and reliable; (2) Provide research, evaluation, and technical assistance support to program initiatives as well as other continuous improvement efforts; and (3) Provide technical expertise in support of Job Corps' Performance Management System and Job Corps performance data reporting. Job Corps is a national training program that provides comprehensive academic, residential and career technical training services to more than 60,000 disadvantaged youth each year at 125 Job Corps Centers nationwide. The selected provider will be required to deliver the following services: 1. Data integrity audits in support of Job Corps Regional Offices; 2. Provide data integrity related technical assistance; 3. Provide predictive analyses; 4. Provide research, evaluation and technical assistance to support programs, pilots and initiatives; and 5. Provide expertise in statistical analysis in support of Job Corps' annual Outcome Measurement System, performance-based service contracting (PBSC) and overall program performance reporting. Entities interested in this contract must have the following minimum qualifications: 1. Experience in conducting data integrity audits; 2. Experience in preparing predictive analyses; 3. Experience in research, evaluation and technical assistance for youth programs similar to the Job Corps program; and 4. Experience in providing statistical support for complex measurement and data reporting systems. Responses will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 1. Past performance and experience providing data integrity, program evaluation and statistical support services. 2. Level of familiarity with the Job Corps Program. 3. Staff experience and qualifications. No cost proposal is required for the response to this synopsis. Entities responding to this Sources Sought Notice should submit the minimum information necessary for the Government to make a determination that the source is capable of satisfying the requirements. The response must be specific to each of the criteria listed above to demonstrate that the respondent is capable. The submissions shall not exceed 20 pages.
