Description

The original synopsis is hereby amended to correct an ambiguity in the first paragraph; "small business" was inadvertently omitted and is hereby added. Paragraph three correctly states that this procurement was a 100% set-aside to small business firms. An additional eleven days from 1/26/2012 will be provided for small businesses who thought they were excluded because they were not one of the set-asides listed in paragraph 1 of the original synopsis to submit two (2) copies of SF 330 with appropriate documentation by close of business February 6, 2012. Mail information to: Great Lakes Acquisition Center, Attn: Patti Bigelow, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53214-1476. After all additional SF 330's are received by February 6 2012; all SF 330's will be reevaluated.
