Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, The Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Project #516-12-801 and 516-12-601 - Remove Asbestos and Piping. Bldg 36 and 37. Construction cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract With Biosphere International, Inc., an SDVOSB concern.
