- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) is soliciting quotes for a combined Synopsis/RFQ competitive quote for 46 each of a Regulator Body, P/N 6696526. Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote meets the specification and has the lowest price. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 326199, and the business size standard is 500 employees. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Award will be based on a fair and reasonable price on or about 02/10/12. Delivery will be FOB Destination to the Receiving Office, Naval Support Activity Panama City, 101 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407.
