Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (NAVSUP FLC San Diego) intends to issue a sole source contract to General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), 3120 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA 22042. The requirement is to provide continuity of services to the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) through NPS Center for Educational Design, Development and Distribution (CED3) for a period of three (3) months while the follow-on contract/task order is competitively awarded. No solicitation document exists (Note 22 applies). Justification is attached per FAR 6.305. Any interested contractor capable of providing services is invited to submit written notification to the Contracting Officer by 9:00 a.m. February 16, 2012 PST. No telephone requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
