- The US Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Wyoming County: State: New York City: Warsaw Delineated Area: within the boundaries on the North by Sayre Rd, Route 19, Salvale and Burke Hill; on the East by Fisher, Rt 328, Rt 20A and Merchant Rd; on the South by Keeney Rd, Curtis and Rt 14; on the West by Buck Rd, Rt 20A, and Sayre Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3900 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 4400 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 36 Parking Spaces (Surface): 36 Full Term: 10 Additional Requirements: Preference will be given to first floor space. High quality contiguous office space. Specific Information Technology requirements Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
