The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Madison, WI Delineated Area: Within the following delineated area: NORTH: Lake Mendota SOUTH: John Nolen Drive / Lake Monona EAST: North and South Butler Street WEST: N Park Street to Regent Street to Proudfit Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 26,598 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): Approx. 30,587 RSF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 45 Parking Spaces (Surface): 25 Parking Spaces (Structured): 20 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks shall be well maintained. Offered Space must be contiguous and on not more than 3 contiguous floors. Columns within the space may not be less than 20 feet on center. Offered space must be located on the 2nd floor or above. Space may not be on the same floor as Probation, Public Defender, Pre-Trial Services, etc. 45 on-site parking spaces, including 20 structured reserved spaces and 25 surface spaces. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
