- Notice Amended for Delineated Area and Occupancy Date. REQUIREMENT: The USDA Madison County Service Center in Huntsville, Alabama, is interested in receiving expressions of interest for approximately 9,650 usable square feet of Class A office space together with 70 on-site paved parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: The area considered must be within an area bound on the North bound by Winchester Road, on the East bound by Moores Mill Road and City Limits, on the South bound by Johnson Road, Martin Road, 231, and Four Mile Post Road, on the West bound by Hwy 231, 565, and Triana Blvd SW. TERM: The term of the lease will be Ten (10) years. The Government reserves the right to terminate this lease or decrease the amount of space at any time in whole or part by giving at least a 120 day written notice. OCCUPANCY: Space should be ready for occupancy on or before October 1, 2012. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter for the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. New construction will not be considered at this time. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Owner or representative contact, Building name, address location of space in the building. 2. Rentable Square feet offered and rate per rentable square foot (per fully serviced rentable square foot), date of availability. 3. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor. 4.
