- Reference contract SPM4A6-09-D-0146 awarded to Safety-Kleen, Inc. on May 5, 2009 covering 23 NSNs under FSC 9150. Defense Logistics Agency Aviation anticipates adding 2 NSNs to the existing contract. The NSNs are 9150-01-438-6084 and 9150-01-496-1966. Other than full and open competitive procedures apply. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated November 21, 2011, Surge and Sustainment is not applicable for these NSNs. Economic Pricing Adjustment (EPA) is applicable. NSNs are not Critical Safety Items per SAP review on November 17, 2011. NSN 9150-01-438-6084, Lubricating Oil, Engine Required delivery is 11 DARO. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Products Qualified and listed on the Qualified Products List for SAE J2359 are also qualified for MIL-PFR-2104(H). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 20,100 gallons. There is no Guaranteed Minimum quantity. NSN 9150-01-496-1966, Lubricating Oil, Engine Required delivery is 11 DARO. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Products Qualified and listed on the Qualified Products List for SAE J2359 are also qualified for MIL-PFR-2104(H). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 5,585 gallons. There is no Guaranteed Minimum quantity. Successful offeror must be able to provide re-refined motor oil products under MIL-PRF-2104H and furnish proof that all engine oil provided contains a 25% minimum re-refined base stock. Offeror must be able to remove used motor oil from various CONUS federal and military locations. This synopsis will be posted for 15 days from 6 February 2012 to 21 February 2012.
