- Requirement is for a quantity of nine (9) each Electrical Load Bank, Master NSN: 6150-01-388-6280QC, part number IAW Commercial Item Description A-A-59721, and four (4) Options, each with a quantity range of one (1) to thirty six (36). Technical manuals are required for this NSN. The item is a fully portable suitcase style load bank, weighing approximately 75 pounds, capable of providing a 400Hz resistive load through an aircraft receptacle to standard flight line generators. Delivery for basic quantity is 160 days ARO contract, FOB origin, shipping to FE6243 Gulfport MS, FA6041 Moffett Field CA, FA6081 New Castle DE, FE6356 Columbus OH, FE6422 Memphis TN, FE6071 East Granby CT, FE6540 Carolina PR, and FE6521 Eielson AFB AK. Technical manuals are due 115 days ARO contract. Option quantities are due 160 days after exercise. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. This proposed contract action is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. Contract will be firm-fixed price utilizing procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 15. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is anticipated that the RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/) on or around 2 February 2012. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. Technical data required to respond to RFP will be posted to Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/) after release of solicitation. Offerors shall prepare their proposal in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. Offers will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. All questions regarding the RFP and/or the data packages must be submitted in writing to jimmy.hicks@robins.af.mil with copy to tara.odom@robins.af.mil NO QUESTIONS MAY BE SUBMITTED BY TELEPHONE. Questions and answers will be uploaded to www.fedbizopps.gov. The identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of proposal.
