The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Bryan/College Station, TX Delineated Area: Within Bryan/College Station, TX: North: SH-21 South: SH-40 East: SH-30 West: FM2818 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 17,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 reserved surface spaces for Government vehicles Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: • Space should be contiguous on the first floor with a dedicated, private entrance. • Minimum 12' clearances are required in a portion of the offered space. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire, Safety and Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
