- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY12-F4A2052019AQ01-XRAY_REPAIR-TYNDALLAFBFL, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-23. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 811219 and the small business size standard is $19.0M. This RFQ consists of the following items, -or equal-: If submitting an -or equal- product, please supply manufacturer name and part number, and specifications if available. If equal, vendor must provide information with quote proving the equality of the items. Technical acceptability of or equal products shall be determined by the government. Line Items to include: ITEM 0001: Repair for GE Inspection Technologies CRx Tower, Type 5156/100, SN 2716, 100/120/230-240 volt (unit is set on 120) 50-60 Hz. Manufacture AGFA. Unit gives erroneous error messages. On start up, unit will not withdraw cassette. Additional notes: contractors are asked to submit their tax identification number and estimated delivery timeframe with their proposal. FOB Destination must be reflected in the quote. Items shall be received NLT 30 Days ADC. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in: FAR 52.203-3 Gratuities.
