Description

The Contracting Department, Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), San Diego, CA 92134 intends to negotiate a Firm Fix Price contract, utilizing procedures under FAR PART 13, for Commercial Items, for Customvue Treatment Cars. A complete RFQ package (N00259-12-T-0665) will be available on or around February 08, 2012 by downloading the documents at the NECO Website as follows: http://www.neco.navy.mil. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339115. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site: this office will no longer issue hard coy solicitation. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contract form any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent ground for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that prospective awardees must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, expect for awards, to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the Unites States. Contractors that are not registered in the CCR database may be given time to register if the requiring activity allows for a delay. However, it the needs of the requiring activity do not allow for a delay, the next otherwise successful registered offered shall be granted the award. Contractors may obtain information on registration an annual confirmation requirement by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
