Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-RP-12-0061 for the following: The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Complete Cemetery Ground Maintenance Services at six National Cemeteries located within the Richmond National Cemetery Complex, Richmond, Virginia. Services provided under this contract shall include the following: Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Aeration & Over-Seeding, Trash & Debris Removal, Interment Services, Headstone Setting, Headstone Raise and Realign, Headstone Cleaning, Refilled Graves, set-up for Funeral Services, Snow and Ice Removal. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard is $7.0 million. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Required Central Contractor Registration and in accordance with FAR 2.101, Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 802.101, VetBiz Registration, prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in VetBiz databases under the applicable NAICS. Firms may obtain CCR information at http://www.ccr.gov and Vet Biz information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or aboutFebruary 13, 2012. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m., February 27, 2012. The offeror is responsible to monitor and download any amendments pertaining to this solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
