Pic 5 Pic 4 Pic 3 Pic 2 Pic 1 DOL Rates Tank PWS Tank Notice Tank Cover Ltr Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to replace existing heating oil above ground tank (AST6) located at U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. See attached Performance Work Statement for required scope of work details. *Contractor shall provide a Work Plan & Schedule with RFQ submittal* Period of Performance is to be completed between date of award and complete no later than May 11th, 2012. Mr. Stephen Tartaris (860) 701-6165 is the Point of Contact for the On-Site visit scheduled Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 09:00am.
