- Wlter Reed National Military Medical Center, Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, MD on behalf of Breast Care Center Unit intends to award a sole source procurement to Myriad Genetics, Inc.for Comprehensive BRAC Analysis, full sequence and large rearrangement analysis of BRAC 1 and BRAC 2. (Urgent Requirement) The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement bsed on responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Award will be used using SAP.
