- Performance Work Statement for Calibration of Ruska Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Supplements, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 and DFARs Change Notice (DPN) 20120130. NAICS is 541380 with a small business size standard of $12,000,000. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing the following service in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS): CLIN 0001 Calibration Service Period of Performance: 12 months, plus 4 12 month options Place of performance and acceptance is Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis to include the PWS. Additionally, interested offerors are required to submit (3) Past Performance References for a similar effort within the last 3-5 years. Theses references shall include: Agency/Company Name, point of contact, address, phone number, email address, contract # if applicable, and period of performance.
