Description

The purpose of this announcement is to forward the DDS Industry Day Agenda. In support of the DDS Technical Support Services Solicitation effort, the Government will hold an Industry Day on USS Florida (SSGN 728) with DDS-03P and DDS-05S installed, at the Trident Refit Facility (TRF), Kings Bay, GA on 16 Feb 2012. Interested parties are reminded to forward security clearance information (visit requests) for all attendees to CWO3 Charles Senter, (912)573-2804, via JPAS (SMO Code N611076, Ref: DDS Industry Day). For parties not having access to JPAS, security clearance information shall be submitted via OPNAV Form 5521/27, which shall be faxed to (912)573-2172. THE CLEARANCE REQUESTS MUST REQUEST ACCESS TO ZONE 3 (SSGN 728), ZONE 7 (WATERFRONT) AND ZONE 12 (BASIN AREA). FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF ACCESS TO THE FULL SCOPE OF THE INDUSTRY DAY AGENDA. The CSS-16 POC is CWO3 Charles Senter. The NSSC POCs are ETC Gunther C. Helms, FTC David W. Williamson and FTC William C. Green. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this notice. This notice shall not be construed as a promise to contract or commitment of any kind.
