- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source ProcurementOther sources are welcome to respond and encouraged.Flyers Energy of Auburn CA / NAICS 424720 / PSC 9130 The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) Portland Oregon intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition Procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for Bulk Fuel delivery to remote Fallon NV US FWS Refuge. This will be a contract for 10 months to delivery unleaded fuel to Refuge.
