- The U.S. Government intends to perform a four (4) year lease extension with a 2 year firm term for the premises consisting of 39,439 Rentable Square Feet located at 6701 Democracy Blvd, Bethesda, MD 20817. The purpose of this extension is to allow lease continuity while the new prospectus lease is being finalized. The prospectus lease which includes this space is part of a large consolidation for 306,000 Ansi/BOMA office area. Interested parties should contact the POC associated with this Solicitation Number if more information is required. This is only a special notice for the Government's intent to perform a sole source lease action.
