Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, apparatus, tools, equipment and permits necessary to construct a condensate pit with all required equipment and gear in building 1 and 2 at the VA Medical Center West Haven, Connecticut, Project Number 689-12-037. The construction cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 and the size standard is $14.0 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors will include price related factors as well as technical factor of management approach and past performance. The solicitation package will be available on February 24, 2012. The date for receipt of offers is scheduled for March 26, 2012 at 12:00. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. Bidders list are no longer available from the Contracting office. A bidders list is only available by registering electronically for this solicitation. This solicitation will be set aside strictly for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All SDVOSBs must be certified in Vet Biz as an SDVOSB at the time of proposal submission. All offerors must ensure registration in CCR is current and accurate.
