- RFP STATUS: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division (NAWCTSD) anticipates releasing the subject RFP early March 2012. PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE: NAWCTSD will host a second Pre-Solicitation Conference on 22 February 2012. The conference will be held in Orlando, FL at the Partnership III (P3) Building located at 3039 Technology Parkway, Orlando, FL 32826 from 1300 through 1500, with a question and answer (Q&A) session from 1530 through 1630. The purpose of this conference is to provide potential offerors with a better understanding of the previously posted draft solicitation documents and any noteworthy changes that may have been made, as well as conceptually communicate the anticipated Section L and M instructions and criteria, respectively, for the LCS Training Courseware Development program. The Government does not intend to respond to all previously submitted questions/comments/concerns related to previously posted draft solicitation documents. A Question/Comment Form has been posted as an attachment to this notice to facilitate the Q&A session. Due to time constraints, one-on-one meetings will not be accommodated. The Government will collect completed Question/Comment Forms after the general presentation for discussion during the Q&A session. The Government ™s primary goal is to create a dialogue with industry and address questions participants may have. Attendance will be limited to three (3) representatives per firm. The Government reserves the right to reduce the number of representatives per firm should capacity constraints become an issue. Pre-registration of attendees no later than 1200 EST on 16 FEB 2012 is necessary to allow admittance of your firm into the Government facility. Please note walk-ins will not be accommodated. Interested parties shall submit the attached pre-registration information form via email to barbara.kopec@navy.mil. Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. Directions and a map will be provided via email following pre-registration. Parking and Building Information Due to limited parking at the P3 parking lot, parking is provided in the large parking lot on the corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway. Please do not park in the P3 area. All conference attendees are required to remain within the Conference room area and avoid adjacent floor areas beyond restrooms and double doors regardless of CAC card or badge possession. All Pre-Solicitation Conference materials inclusive of presentation slides, formal responses to questions submitted, and a list of conference attendees will be posted as attachments to this notice following the conference.
