- The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) intends to award a sole source GSA delivery order under the authority of FAR Part 8, Required Sources of Supplies and Services to Carahsoft Technology Corporation, 12369 Sunrise Valley Drive, Suite D2, Reston, VA 20191 for Salesforce.com Government Enterprise Edition, Force.com One App. and Premier Success Plan (CRM and Force.com). This is sole source procurement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to the Attn: of Genine McElroy via facsimile number (202) 565-2554 or sent by e-mail to mcelroy.genine@epa.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses to the notice must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
