- Life Insurance Solicitation The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for customized Group Life Insurance Services for: Locally Engaged Staff (LES) of the American Embassy Kuwait. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference on Feb. 29, 2012 @ 11:00am. For more details please see Section L.8 of the RFP. Your proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer on or before 1400 hours local time April 11, 2012. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
