Performance Risk Assessment Questionnaire TTI QASP Travel Indemnification LETTER OF INDEMNIFICATION DD Form 254 Wage Determination Pensacola NAS FL Wage Determination Keesler AFB MS Wage Determination Lackland AFB TX Wage Determination Seymour Johnson AFB NC Wage Determination Sheppard AFB TX PWS - 1 Feb 12-Part 3 PWS - 1 Feb 12-Part 2 PWS - 1 Feb 12-Part 1 Solicitation TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTRUCTORS (TTI). This is the formal Request for Proposal and is due 12 Mar 2012 at 4:00 pm CST. This is a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for a variety of technical training instructors. The Technical Training Instructor Program consists of non-personal services to provide technical training instruction and other United States Air Force (USAF) training requirements. Services shall be provided to all airmen, to include International Military Students, as assigned by the Air Education & Training Command (AETC), located at Sheppard AFB TX, Seymour Johnson AFB NC, Lackland AFB TX, Keesler AFB MS and Pensacola NAS FL. The contractor shall provide sufficient, qualified instructors; the operational, administrative, management and supervisory personnel; and the property, materials, and equipment (except as specified herein as Government-furnished) required to perform the training services described. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract resulting in students meeting the specifications in the applicable Career Field Education Training Plan (CFETP). All work performed under this contract shall be in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and individual task orders awarded or arranged by the 82nd Contracting Squadron. The performance period will be a 12-month basic year with one 12-month option year, with an anticipated contract start date of 7 May 2012. It has been determined that the proposed contract competition will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside (per FAR 19.502-2(b)) provided the vendor has the assigned NAICS Code 611519 and capable of obtaining or currently possessing a contractor export license or SAF/IAPD exemption in accordance with AFI 16-201. All other participants are deemed ineligible to submit offers.
