Description: The Janitorial Contractor (JC) shall provide all supervision, personnel equipment, tools, materials, transportation and other items necessary to perform janitorial services. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces, including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, offices, work areas entranceways, lobbies, common areas, test rooms and storage rooms. See Appendix A for Statement of Work for location of Cedar Rapids, IA. Services will start approximately 1st March 2012.
