Description: The work consist of stabilizing, re-pointing damaged mortar joints and repairing four historic chimneys at the 18th century Chatham Manor complex, which were damaged during a recent earthquake. Replacement of brick may also be required. Replacement bricks will be providied by contracting officer representative. Buildings included in this contract are the Chatham Manor House, Farm Office, and the Laundry Building. additional damage may be discovered during commencement of work. All repairs will require the use of mortar mix listed in specification.
