- RFP SB1341-12-RP-0012 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. This requirement is for the award of a competitive task order against a GSA 8(a) STARS II Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The requirement is being competed among all GSA 8(a) STARS II contract holders within 8(a) STARS II Constellation I, Functional Area 3. Offers from any vendors that are not GSA 8(a) STARS II contract holders within Constellation I, Functional Area 3 will not be considered. The requirement is for commercial Information Technology (IT) Services, specifically Enterprise Systems Support for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The primary standard classification NAICS code is 541513- Computer Facilities Management Services, with a small business size standard of $25 million. NIST intends on awarding one firm fixed price task order against a GSA 8(a) STARS II contract as a result of this Request for Proposals (RFP). This RFP is being competed using FAR Part 12 and 15 procedures. Offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov and must be a GSA 8(a) STARS II contract holder under Constellation I, Functional Area 3 in order to be eligible to receive a task order under this acquisition. The attached RFP document provides all applicable details for this solicitation and is the official solicitation document. Potential Offerors will be responsible for obtaining this solicitation and related Amendments, if any, from www.fbo.gov. It is, and will continue to be, the responsibility of each potential Offeror to monitor www.fbo.gov for any amendments or other information related to the solicitation; the Government will not be maintaining a mailing list. Any communications regarding this acquisition must be made in writing via email to both keith.bubar@nist.gov and chon.son@nist.gov, and shall identify the solicitation number, company name, company address, as well as point of contact email address and phone number. Please note the "INQUIRIES" section of the attached RFP document, which explains the conditions governing the submission of questions regarding this solicitation.
