Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item being procured in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Delivery location will be at Keweenaw WaterwayLily Pond, US Army Corp. of Engineers Dock, Hancock Twp., Michigan. Quotes are due at 1:00 PM EST, March 9, 2012.
