Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Solicitation number VA-244-12-R-0298 The Department of Veteran Affairs, VISN04, Pittsburgh, PA has need for public service announcements and satellite media services. Services shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB). The NAICS Code is 512191. Size standard is $29.5 million. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any questions should be submitted in writing via email and addressed to elaine.dibucci@va.gov no later than 2/22/2012. The solicitation response time is in accordance with FAR 5.203, and a copy of this electronic solicitation is available today for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov. Responses to the solicitation are due by 3:00 p.m. EST, 2/29.22012. Offers from all qualified, capable and responsible VOSB sources will be considered. Vendors offering a response to this notice should ensure registration in the Central Contractor Registration database at http://www.bpn.gov/ and in VetBiz at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ and VETS100 http://www.vets100.dol.vets.gov prior to submission of offers for consideration. Vendors who are not registered as VOSB vendors in these registries are deemed not qualified to be considered for award of this contract and any offers they submit will not be considered. Offerors should submit electronic proposals via email to elaine.dibucci@va.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be available only at the http://www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments electronically, and no hard copy will be distributed.
