- List of Attachment Links Performance Worik Statement Pickup Points Reserve Pickup Points Solicitation DLA Disposition Services has a requirement for all non-personal services necessary for the pickup, removal, and disposal of assorted RCRA, non-RCRA, non-state regulated waste, management services such as tank cleaning, lab packing, analyses, etc. The RFP is a firm-fixed, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), full and open requirement. This will be a single award contract. The NAICS code is 562211. The resulting contract will be for an 18-month base period, and two 18-month option periods. The solicitation contains FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. Under FAR 52.217-8 the Government may require continued performance of any service, within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract, for a total extension period not to exceed 6-months. Performance will be directed by the issuance of individual written task orders against the contract. Offerors proposals should reflect the best possible price based on FAR 212-1(g). In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION, prior to contract award, the awardee must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Register. Only electronic proposals will be accepted. It is the offerors' responsibility to thoroughly read and understand the solicitation in its entirety. Failure of offerors to do so shall not be grounds for any subsequent grievances or protests against the Government. Offerors are also cautioned to pay attention to the Notes to Offerors in the solicitation. All prospective contractors and subcontractors must meet all Federal, State and local laws and regulations governing the handling, disposal, and transportation of various types of hazardous and non-hazardous waste material and comply with environmental protection laws.
