Description

The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Modification 0002 is being issued to include the applicable NAICS Code 541930 with average annual receipt of $7.0 M, 100% small business set-aside and provides the updated statement of work per attachment (1), which removed the Security Requirement from the statement of work. This modification also extends the closing date from 16 December 2011 to 28 February 2012. Submissions of capability packages are due by 28 February 2012.
