- REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND MANDATORY SITE VISIT ANNOUNCENENT TO REPLACE THE DUST COLLECTOR AND DUCT WORK SYSTEM IN THE LOGISTICS SUPPPORT FACILITY (LSF) AT THE MIKE MONRONEY AERONAUTICAL CENTER, OKLAHOMA CITY. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the replacement of the Dust Collector and Duct work system in the Logistics Support Facility (LSF) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, OK. 73169, per the attached RFQ (Request for Quotation) which includes: RFQ, Statement of Work, Drawings, Wage Determination, and Operational Control Documents. The DOT/FAA anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price type purchase order. Only those that attend the site visit will be considered for award. The mandatory site visit is scheduled for February 23, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. CST. Please advise the Contract Specialist, Lori Lemons, ph: (405) 954-5487 or lori.lemons@faa.gov of your intent to attend no later than February 21, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. CST. If no responses are received from vendors concerning the site visit by this date, the site visit will be cancelled with no further notification. This requirement is 100% set aside for competition among Small Businesses. Your company must be registered with a Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS) as a small business in the Central Contractor Registry website (www.ccr.gov) for consideration for award. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this Request for Quote. Therefore any cost associated with your submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. All questions pertaining to this announcement should be addressed in writing to the Contract Specialist, Lori Lemons, at e-mail address lori.lemons@faa.gov. All quotes should be submitted electronically by March 13, 2012 by 3:00 P.M. CST: lori.lemons@faa.gov.
