Revised Price Template 4QBF47116806 VTC Amendment 0004 Amendment 0004 The General Service Administration (GSA) National Information Technology Commodity Program (NITCP) has issued Amendment #0004 (dated 02/15/2012) to solicitation 4QBF47116806 for Video Teleconferencing Equipment.
