Description

Purpose and Objectives: The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify potential offerors capable of providing a vendor that delivers radiopharmaceuticals to Fayetteville Medical Center. Radiopharmaceticals delivery shall be in compliance to DOT and NC Department of Radiation Protection Section approved transport containers. Orders will be provided within one (1) hour of request. A solicitation with specifications will be posted to FEDBIZOPPS within the next few business days. Place of Performance: Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28301. Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm's ability, capability, and responsibility to perform the principal components of work listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, business size and Socioeconomic Category (HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. All information is to be submitted via e-mail at James.Brown14ec82@va.gov ; information provided will not be returned. All responses shall be in the English Language.
