- Real Property Appraisal Report for Disposal of Lands and Improvements at Fort McPherson Military Installation City of Atlanta, Fulton County, GA. The offeor must provide estimates of Market Value (MV) for properties at Fort McPherson Military Installation to assist the U.S. Government (Government) in the negotiaton of the disposal and sale of properties at Fort McPherson. The subject property is Fort McPherson Military Installation, a historic administrative, strategic planning, and command center, home to the Third U.S. Army, U.S. Foces COmmand (FORSCOM), and U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC). The installation is situated in the Campbellton District area of the City of Atlanta, GA, located 4 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta and 7 miles northwest of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Its facilities encompass over 2.3 million square feet (sf) of building space in 210+- buildings, 74 of which are on the National Registry of Historic Places. Type properties are residential, office/administrative, serice oriented, warehouse/storage, and a golf course, located on approximately 488 acres of land.
