- Terms and Conditions of informal bid sale 0112-S0107A Listing of property associated with sale 0112-S0107A, Misc electrical hardware, hardware, tooling. You are formally invited to submit a bid on the property listed in Sale 0112-S0107A. JVYS will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-11. The property is offered as One Lot,"new, as is - where is." Bids will be accepted during the following: Bid Period: 15, February 2012 - 9, March 2012 5PM You are encouraged to inspect the property during the bid period of 15, February 2012 - 9, March 2012 5PM. Please arrange a time for inspection with the prime point of contact Abbey Lossiah at 256-327-4502. The Sale will be in accordance with the Mandatory Terms and Conditions for Informal Bid Sales (attached). Award will be subject to Government approval. Delivery of the property will occur at 325 Electronics Blvd., Huntsville, AL 35824 and removal will be at the purchaser's expense and must take place within ten business days of award. The full purchase price shall be paid by certified bank check made out to the "U.S. Treasury."
