- Non Competitive Statement Statement of Work (SOW) The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a PO to Trammell Equipment Co. 111 Benson Circle Huntsville, AL 35806 for the attached SOW entitled "Repair/Replacement of Demountable partition in the High Bay, Building 4545, MSIC Facilities". This acquisition is to be set aside and awarded to a Small Business (SB). The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423830. Period of performance shall be 45 days from date of award for completion. Repair/Replacement shall be coordinated with the facilities office Monday through Friday from 0800 until 1600 hours. The resultant award will include the following clauses: 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, 52.236-3 Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work, 52.236-5 Material and Workmanship, 52.236-9 Protection of Existing Vegetation, Structures, Equipment, Utilities, and Improvements, 52.236-10 Operations and Storage Areas, 52.236-11 Use and Possession Prior to Completion, 52.236-12 Cleaning Up, 52.236-13 Accident Prevention, 52.236-14 Availability and Use of Utility Services, 52.246-12 Inspection of Construction. No RFQs or RFPs will be issued other than this notice. All offerors interested in submitting a bid should email their proposals to april.paul@msic.dia.mil NLT 1200, 22 February 2012.
