- Solicitation DFAR 252.209-7999 _ Attachment 1 Vendor Packaging Instructions Packaging This Request For Proposal (RFP) is for a Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Requirements Contract with a Basic one (1) year (3 EA )and four (4) annual options with a BEQ (Best Estimated Quantity) of 1-5 EA for each option year for the following: NSN: 6635-01-571-0575RN, Tank Pressurization System (TPS), P/N: DET-TPS-8000, must be compliant with UL 913 Class I, Division 1 requirements for safe use in an explosive environment. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: Aerowing Inc. (3FM31) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 due to the lack of a technical data package (NO TECHNICAL DATA AVAILABLE). However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal within 30 days after the issuance of the solicitation, or 30 days after the publication date of this synopsis which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery is 180 Days ARO to various FMS and stateside locations. See Solicitation FA8517-12-R-33093, dated 17 FEB 12 for details. Response date is COB 17 MAR 12.
