Description

PRE-INVITATION NOTICE-QSDM-J9-120448-D SCHEDULE OF GOODS ATTACHMENT This is a requirements contract solicitation for 102 National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in the FSC 8010 issued by GSA, FAS, Heartland Supply Operations Center (HSOC). Items are for the GSA special order program (SOP). The resultant requirements contract(s) are intended for use by HSOC contract specialists and contracting officers ordering NSNs only. Award period is two-year base, with three one-year options. This will be an " All or None" type solicitation where one vendor will be awarded all the items within a specific Master Paint Institute (MPI) group. There are three MPI groupings- MPI #138 (Group A), MPI #11 (Group B) and MPI # 119 (Group C). Items will be separated into Groups A, B and C based upon their specific MPI number and the award of each MPI grouping will be made to one vendor on an "All or None" basis. The contract(s) will include an economic price adjustment (EPA) clause. An EPA may be requested according to the specific clause utilized. Pricing is not required in response to this notice. Delivery will be FOB Origin and DARO will depend on what is indicated in the survey responses as a reasonable delivery time frame.
