THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). VENDORS SHALL NOT SUBMIT PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. The posting date of the RFP is expected in the third quarter of FY12. Attached documents are draft copies of the Engineering, Management, and Analytical Service (EMAS) Performance Work Statement, Contract Data Requirements List, and Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) with Attachment. You may review the information in the DRAFT documents and provide written comments on the clarity and completeness of the existing draft documents to Mr. Jack May at jack.may@patrick.af.mil by 20 March 2012. Written comments will be consolidated and modifications to the documents may be made as appropriate to enhance the clarity and completeness of the RFP prior to final release. No additional draft documents are availble for review at this time.
