Description

This document contains the standard contract terms and conditions anticipated to be applied to the purchase order upon award. This document contains all the solicitation details. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) Information Technology (IT) division has identified a requirement for a fully redundant 100Mbps fiber internet link to its Ross Administrative Center building located at 100 Raoul Wallenberg Place, SW, Washington, DC. Offerors shall represent and warrant that their proposed solution is accompanied by a clearly defined SLA describing their proposed service guarantee, outage compensations including support infrastructure to handle USHMM 24/7 access, and up time requirements and meets all of the following requirements: a.A dedicated fiber carrying USHMM data traffic from the Museum's facility to Offeror's nearest backbone point. b.Fiber connectivity capable of supporting up to 1 Gbps bandwidth. However, only 100 mbps is required upon initial installation. c.BGP route sharing with current ISP using USHMM's dedicated AS number. d.Build topology that is a physically separate path from USHMM's current internet provider (Allied Telecom) and a non-Verizon dependent service link to USHMM facility. Evaluations shall be conducted as described in the solicitation and award shall be subject to the attached terms and conditions.
