- Solicitation for NSN 2840-01-306-1232 / 0041411140, Ring Assembly, Inlet, CFM International Inc (CAGE 58828), part number 1318M23G03. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is CFM International Inc. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. A letter request for proposal (RFP) will be issued for a firm -fixed price quantity of 49 each. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed -priced contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 97 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/acceptance origin. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Critical application item, Configuration control applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will not be available via the DLA Internet BID Board System (DIBBS). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is on or around March 5, 2012.
